Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of internal fixation with compression plate in the treatment of patients with limb fracture.Methods:The data of 80 patients with limb fracture treated in Shanghe People's Hospital from May 2022 to March 2024 were retrospectively analyzed,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to different surgical protocols,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional plate internal fixation,the study group was treated with compression plate internal fixation.The excellent and good rate of postoperative functional recovery,clinical surgical indexes,postoperative complications,pain degree and limb motor function of the two groups were compared.Results:The excellent and good rate of functional recovery in the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 77.50%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the fracture healing time,clinical operation time and average hospitalization days were all shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 2.50%,lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 5,10,15 and 20 days after surgery,the Pain Visual Analogue Scale scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,the Fugl-Meyer Assessment score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of compression plate internal fixation in the treatment of limb fracture can improve the efficacy and safety,improve the series of surgical indicators,and relieve the pain of patients,and promote the recovery of limb motor function.关键词
