Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of sensory integration training on functional articulation disorder(FAD)children.Methods:A total of 152 cases of FAD children and 156 cases of healthy children admitted to the Children's Hospital of Jiangnan University were selected as the study objects,and were divided into the FAP group and the healthy group,respectively,for sensory integration and phonological evaluation.The FAD group was randomly divided into an experimental group(n=77)and a control group(n=75).The control group received conventional language training,and the experimental group received sensory integration training based on the control group.Both groups were trained for 8 weeks.The comprehensive effects of sensory integration,articulation and speech correction were compared between two groups.Results:The scores of sensory integration assessment in FAD group were lower than those in normal group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The accuracy of,consonant,vowel and tone in FAD group was lower than that in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Pearson correlation analysis of total sensory integration score and articulation accuracy showed a significant positive correlation.After intervention,PCA in test group was higher than before intervention and control group,there was an interaction,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The increase of PCA in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,after intervention,the scores of sensory integration ability of the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the experimental group were higher than the control group,there was an interaction,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of experimental group was 84.00%,which was higher than 68.83%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The level of sensory integration in children with FAD is low and related to dysarthria.The combination of sensory integration and routine language training can effectively improve the status of children with FAD and has clinical application value.关键词
