Abstract
Objective:To study the application value of acupressure combined with swallowing rehabilitation training in rehabilitation of patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke Methods:A total of 120 patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke treated in Dezhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into an exploration group and a control group by random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with swallowing rehabilitation training,and the exploration group was treated with acupressure on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.Symptom score,swallowing function,oral feeding ability and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,symptom scores in both groups were lower than before treatment,the exploration group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the scores of Water Swallow Test in both groups were lower than before treatment,the exploration group was lower than the control group,the scores of Functional Oral Intake Scale,Dysphagia Outcome Severity Scale and Penetration Aspiration Scale in both groups were higher than those of the control group,and the exploration group were higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the rehabilitation process of patients with swallowing dysfunction after stroke,acupressure combined with swallowing rehabilitation training has shown significant application value,which can effectively reduce the symptom score of patients,improve the swallowing function and oral ingestion ability,and improve the prognosis.关键词
