Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Minimally invasive plate oateosynthesis(MIPO)in the treatment of patients with traumatic limbs fracture. Methods:A total of 66 patients with traumatic limb fracture admitted to the 80th Group Military Hospital of the Chinese People's Liberation Army from January 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and a study group with 33 cases in each group by random number table method. The control group was treated with open reduction and internal fixation, and the study group was treated with MIPO.Perioperative indexes, degree of swelling and pain, inflammatory factors, stress indexes and occurrence of complications were compared between the two groups. Results:The operation time, fracture healing time, intraoperative blood loss and incision length in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Three days after surgery, the swelling degree and Visual Analogue Scale score in 2 groups were lower than before surgery, and the study group was lower than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Three days after surgery, the levels of epinephrine, norepinephrine, renin, tumor necrosis factor-α,monocyte chemotactic protein and prostaglandin E2 in two groups were higher than those before surgery, but the study group were lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:MIPO treatment can narrow surgical incision, reduce intraoperative blood loss, reduce degree of pain and swelling, avoid severe stress and inflammation, shorten the treatment and prognosis time of patients, and reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
