Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application value of low frequency pulse electrotherapy combined with target-oriented rehabilitation intervention in patients with stroke.Methods:A total of 94 stroke patients admitted to Liaocheng Retired Military Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the research subjects and randomly divided into a control group and a study group,with 47 cases in each group.The control group received target-oriented rehabilitation intervention on the basis of basic rehabilitation intervention,and the study group received low-frequency pulse electrotherapy intervention on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 4 weeks.Nerve function,limb muscle strength,motor ability,balance function and hemodynamic indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale in both groups were lower than before intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,the muscle strength scores of upper and lower limbs of lovett muscle strength grading standard in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the study group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Berg Balance Scale and Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the study group were higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,the cerebral artery resistance index of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the average blood flow velocity was faster than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of low frequency pulse electrotherapy combined with target-oriented rehabilitation intervention in the treatment of stroke patients can promote the recovery of nerve function,improve the muscle strength,motor ability and balance ability of the limbs of patients,and improve the hemodynamic index.关键词
