摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the status and related factors of ventricular arrhythmia(VA)in patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:Data of 100 AMI patients undergoing PCI in Heze Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2020 to May 2024 were retrospectively analyzed, and were divided into an occurrence group(n=28)and a non-occurrence group(n=72)according to whether VA occurred within 7 days after surgery.Univariate and multifactor regression were used to analyze the status quo of postoperative VA in AMI patients and its related influencing factors. Results:In 100 AMI patients undergoing PCI,the incidence of postoperative VA was 28.00%(28/100).The incidence of slow blood flow was higher than that of non-occurrence group, the left ventricular ejection fraction was lower than that of non-occurrence group, and the creatinine and uric acid levels were higher than that of non-occurrence group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).Logistic analysis showed that age>60 years old, slow blood flow, low left ventricular ejection fraction, high creatinine level and high uric acid level were independent risk factors for VA after PCI in AMI patients, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The incidence of VA after PCI is still high in AMI patients.Age>60 years old, slow blood flow, low left ventricular ejection fraction, and high creatinine and uric acid levels are risk factors for VA after PCI in AMI patients, and corresponding intervention measures are needed to improve the prognosis of patients.关键词
