Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoid(PPH)combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Add and Minus in the treatment of internal rectal prolapse(IRP).Methods:A total of 78 cases of IRP patients admitted to Zhangdian District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Zibo City from June to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with PPH,and the study group was treated with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Add and Minus on the basis of the control group The inflammatory indicators,TCM syndrome scores,quality of life,and occurrence of complications.Two groups were treated 7 d.The therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein,tumor necrosis factor-α and interleukin-6 in two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group were lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of defecation difficulty,anal distension,anal incontinence and perianal pruritus in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group were lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of all dimensions of the Fecal Incontinence Quality of Life Scale in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of 20.51%in the study group,which was lower than 5.13%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PPH combined with Buzhong Yiqi Decoction Add and Minus can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors,improve TCM syndrome scores,improve quality of life and reduce complications in IRP patients compared with PPH alone.关键词
