Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of early rehabilitation intervention on quality of life and joint function of patients undergoing artificial knee replacement.Methods:A total of 80 patients who underwent artificial knee arthroplasty in Chifeng Hospital from January 2022 to May 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a study group and a control group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.During artificial knee replacement,the control group was treated with routine intervention,and the study group was treated with early rehabilitation on the basis of the control group.Both groups were intervened for 3 months.The negative emotion,knee function,pain degree and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale And Self-Rating Depression Scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of the Hospital for Special Surgery knee joint score scale in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On day 6,12 and 18 after surgery,the Pain Visual Analogue Scale scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of Karnofsky Performance Status in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early rehabilitation treatment during the treatment of artificial knee replacement patients can significantly improve the knee function and quality of life,reduce negative emotions,lower pain levels and has high clinical application value.关键词
