Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of evidence-based nursing combined with humanistic care in children with craniocerebral injury.Methods:The clinical data of 84 children with craniocerebral injury admitted to the intensive care unit of Jinan Children's Hospital from September 2021 to September 2023 were retrospectively analyzed and divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with evidence-based nursing combined with humanistic care based on the control group.The waking time,recovery,occurrence of complications,family satisfaction and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results:The waking time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of all dimensions of the Chinese Version of the International Coma Recovery Scale in both groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 4.76%,lower than 19.05%of control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of follow-up,the physiological,social,emotional and role function scores in the universal core rating scale of children's quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-Based nursing combined with humanistic care can promote wakefulness of children with craniocerebral injury,reduce complications,increase family satisfaction and improve prognosis.关键词
