Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of step rehabilitation nursing intervention in patients with lumbar disc herniation after surgery.Methods:A total of 120 patients with lumbar disc herniation after lumbar fusion treated in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University from September 2020 to August 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group took routine nursing intervention,the observation group took step rehabilitation nursing intervention.Both groups were intervened for 4 weeks.The evaluation of efficacy,recovery,pain perception,kinetophobia,sleep quality and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:The Therapeutic Effect Rating Scale score of lumbar disc herniation in observation group was lower than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scale score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).On the 7th day after surgery,the scores of the Chinese version of Postoperative Pain Fear Scale and the Tampa Scale for Kinesiophobia in both groups were lower than those on the 1st day after surgery,and the observation group were lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions in the Chinese version of Richards-Campbell Sleep Questionnaire Scale and Arthritis Impact Measurement Scales 2 were lower in both groups than before intervention,and the observation group were higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The step rehabilitation nursing intervention for patients with lumbar disc herniation after surgery has a good intervention effect,which can promote the postoperative rehabilitation process,reduce pain perception and kinesophobia,and improve sleep quality and quality of life.关键词
