Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of the Situation-Background-Assessment-Suggestion(SBAR)shift model and the Acknowledge-Introduce-Duration-Explanation-Thank(AIDET)communication technique in the work of day surgery center.Methods:A total of 200 patients admitted to the Day Surgery Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from March 2022 to September 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 100 patients in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received SBAR shift mode and AIDET communication technique nursing on the basis of the control group.The psychological state,satisfaction degree,nurse transition assessment,handover situation and nursing quality of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and Self-Rating Depression scale in both groups were lower than before nursing,and observation group were lower than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of observation group was 99.00%,higher than 90.00%of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,Nursing Assessment of Shift Report score of observation group was higher than control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of shift information error and information omission in the observation group were 1.00%and 0.00%,respectively,lower than 8.00%and 5.00%in the control group.The time of shift change at bed side and the time of preparation for shift content in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Ward environment,nursing safety,basic nursing,service attitude,nurse-patient communication and shift shift scores in observation group were higher than those in control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The implementation of SBAR shift transfer mode and AIDET communication skill nursing in the work of day surgery center can significantly improve the psychological state of patients,improve the satisfaction of patients,improve the shift situation,improve the satisfaction of nurses,and improve the quality of nursing.关键词
