Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of responsible nursing based on Joanna Briggs Institute(JBI)model combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training in severe pneumonia patients underwent mechanical ventilation.Methods:100 severe pneumonia patients underwent mechanical ventilation in Hefei First People's Hospital from January 2021 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group according to random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received responsibility nursing based on JBI model combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training.The negative emotion,complication rate,health level,recovery process and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After intervention,the scores of self-rating anxiety scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were(42.42±5.20)points and(43.29±5.10)points,respectively,which were lower than(49.54±6.35)points and(48.04±4.25)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.00%,which was lower than 20.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of the acute physiology and chronic health evaluation and the total score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the mechanical ventilation,ICU hospitalization and total hospital stay in the observation group were(7.25±1.44)d,(9.38±1.73)d and(13.14±2.85)d,respectively,which were shorter than(9.35±1.26)d,(12.77±2.60)d and(16.13±2.42)d in the control group,respectively,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of follow-up,the scores of the World Health Organization Quality of Life-100 Scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Responsibility nursing based on JBI model combined with pulmonary rehabilitation training can alleviate the negative emotions of severe pneumonia patients undergoing mechanical ventilation,improve their physical health,reduce complications,accelerate recovery and improve their quality of life.关键词
