Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of humanistic care combined with situational experiential health education in the nursing of cancer patients.Methods:A total of 100 cancer patients admitted to Wuhan No.7 Hospital from January 2019 to December 2023 were selected as the research objects,and were divided into an observation group and a control group by random coin toss method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received humanistic care combined with situational experiential health education nursing Two groups were nursed 2weeks.The self-efficacy,negative emotion,self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the general self-efficacy scale score and the scores of the Exercise of Self-Care Agency in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Self-Rating Anxiety Scale and self-rating depression scale in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the Pain Visual Analogue Scale score and Cancer Fatigue Scale score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the score of the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cancer patients receiving humanistic care combined with situational experiential health education nursing can improve their negative emotions,improve their self-care ability,reduce cancer pain and fatigue,and improve their quality of life,which has high clinical application value.关键词
