Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of postoperative rehabilitation nursing for patients with postherpetic neuralgia complicated with upper limb motor dysfunction through nerve block analgesia.Methods:The data of 92 patients with postherpetic neuralgia complicated with upper limb motor dysfunction treated in Chifeng Hospital from May to December 2023 were retrospectively analyzed,and were divided into a control group and an observation group,46 cases in each group according to different postoperative nursing methods.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received rehabilitation nursing.Both groups were treated.Pain degree,quality of life,limb motor function and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the Visual Analogue Scores of pain in both groups were lower than before nursing,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 and Fugl-Meyer Upper Limb Motor Function Rating Scale in two groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rehabilitation nursing for patients with postherpetic neuralgia complicated with upper limb motor dysfunction after nerve block and analgesia can achieve better pain relief effect,improve their quality of life and limb motor function,and patients have a higher satisfaction with this method of nursing.关键词
