Effect of Enhanced Recovery After Surgery Nursing During Perioperative of Minimally Invasive Treatment for Thoracolumbar Compression Fractures

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery nursing during perioperative of minimally invasive treatment for thoracolumbar compression.Methods:A total of 100 patients with thoracolumbar compression fracture admitted to Sanshui Hospital of Foshan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2023 to July 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups received minimally invasive treatment,the control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received enhanced recovery after surgery nursing.The lumbar function,pain score,living standard,sleep quality and nursing quality were compared between the two groups.Results:3 days,7 days and 1 month after nursing,the Japanese Orthopaedic Association lumbar function scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).3 days,7 days and 1 month after nursing,the Pain Visual Analogue scale scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).1 month after nursing,all scores in the MOS item Short From Health Survey of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).1 month after nursing,the scores of Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of nursing quality scale in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Minimally invasive treatment of thoracolumbar compression fracture patients receiving enhanced recovery after surgery nursing can accelerate the recovery of lumbar function,reduce pain,improve living standards and sleep quality,the nursing quality is high,and has certain clinical application value.关键词
