Comparison of the Efficacy of Minimally Invasive Direct Anterior Approach and Posterolateral Approach in the Treatment of Elderly Femoral Neck Fractures under Rapid Rehabilitation Mode

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the efficacy of minimally invasive direct anterior and posterolateral semi-hip replacement in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture under rapid rehabilitation mode..Methods:Sixty elderly patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to Kaizhou District People's Hospital of Chongqing from January 2023 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and study group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were expected to undergo hip replacement.Both groups were intervened for 3 months..they were divided into a control group and an study group using random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The study group underwent a minimally invasive direct anterior approach,while the control group underwent a minimally invasive posterior lateral approach,all patients participated in the rapid rehabilitation intervention mode.The Perioperative indexes,hip function and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:The difference in surgical time between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the intraoperative bleeding volume and drainage volume after replacement in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the first time to get out of bed and hospitalization time were shorter than those in the control group,with statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1,2,and 3 months after the replacement,the Harris Hip Function Scale of both groups increased compared to before the replacement,and the Harris scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of all dimensions of quality of life in both groups increased compared to before intervention,and the scores of all dimensions in World Health Organization Quality of Life Inventory Brief in the study group were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of minimally invasive direct forward approach semi-hip replacement in the treatment of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture under rapid rehabilitation mode can better improve the knee function and quality of life,optimize perioperative indexes,and have a good application effect..关键词
