摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of bone transport combined with membrane induction on patients with tibial osteomyelitis after trauma. Methods:The data of 80 patients with post-traumatic tibial osteomyelitis treated in Pingyin County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2022 to February 2024 were retrospectively analyzed.According to different surgical methods, they were divided into a control group and a study group, with 40 cases each. The control group was treated with traditional bone grafting, and the study group was treated with bone transport combined with membrane induction. Both groups were observed for 1 month after operation. The clinical efficacy, complications and time indexes of the two groups were compared. Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 2.50%,which was lower than 20.00%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total treatment time, total rack time and the average interval between two stages in the study group were shorter than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of patients with tibial osteomyelitis after trauma, bone transport combined with membrane induction can improve the clinical efficacy and treatment safety, and shorten the treatment time index.关键词
