Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of total endoscopic assisted cardiopulmonary bypass(CPB)in the repair of atrial septal defect(ASD).Methods:A retrospective analysis of a total of 60 ASD patients from February 2022 to February 2024 who were underwent ASD repair surgery under CPB in Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital were selected, and were divided into a study group and a control group with 30 cases in each group. The control group underwent conventional thoracotomy and the study group underwent laparoscopic assisted CPB surgery. The perioperative indicators, pain level, chest injury, and complications in both groups were compared. Results:In comparison of the control group, the hospital stay in the study group was shorter, the red blood cell input and postoperative 24-hour chest drainage volume were lower, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In comparison of the control group, the Visual Analogue Scale scores at all postoperative time points in the study group were lower, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).In comparison of the control group, the incidence of chest deformation, pressure sensation, and chest numbness in the study group were lower, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the study group was 6.67%,lower than 30.00%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of full endoscopic assisted CPB for ASD repair can reduce red blood cell input and thoracic drainage, alleviate thoracic injury, relieve postoperative pain, promote patient recovery, and reduce the risk of complications.关键词
