Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of simultaneous shoulder arthroscopic release surgery and rotator cuff repair surgery in patients with rotator cuff injury combined with shoulder periarthritis.Methods:A total of 84 patients with rotator cuff injury combined with shoulder periarthritis admitted to Ju County People's Hospital from July 2021 to February 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 42 cases in each group.The control group was treated with shoulder arthroscopic rotator cuffrepair surgery alone,and the study group was treated with simultaneous shoulder arthroscopic release surgery combined with rotator cuffrepair surgery.The shoulder motion,shoulder function,shoulder pain degree and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results:After surgery,the range of flexion,abduction,external rotation and internal rotation in the study group were(162.80±9.45)°,(167.46±8.25)°,(54.69±5.14)° and(50.85±5.78)°,respectively,which were higher than(104.28±7.72)°,(108.24±7.36)°,(32.76±4.38)°,(35.97±5.13)° in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,the Constant-Murley shoulder function rating scale score of the study group was(82.38±6.09)points,which was higher than(68.74±5.65)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After surgery,the pain visual analogue scale score of the study group was(2.15±0.43)points,which was lower than(3.94±0.82)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the study group was 9.52%,which was lower than 14.29%in the control group,but there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions:Simultaneous shoulder arthroscopic release surgery and rotator cuffrepair surgery in patients with rotator cuffinjury combined with shoulder periarthritis can effectively restore shoulder joint function,relieve pain and reduce postoperative complications.关键词
