Abstract
Objective:To compare the effect of Meek skin grafting and stamp skin grafting in the repair of epatients with xtensive burn wound.Methods:A total of 100 burn patients admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Nankai University from June 2021 to June 2023 were selected as the research objects and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received stamp skin grafting,and the study group received Meek skin grafting.The postoperative indexes,wound recovery and survival rate of skin were compared between the two groups.Results:The operation time,skin fusion time,wound healing time and hospital stay of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the skin donor area was smaller than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the Vancouver Scar Scale in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 6,9 and 12 months after operation,the survival rates of skin in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of Meek skin grafting in the repair of extensive burn wounds is better than that of stamp skin grafting,which can shorten the operation time,skin fusion time,wound healing time and hospital stay,reduce the skin donor area,and improve the survival rate of postoperative skin.关键词
