Abstract
Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of platelet-rich plasma(PRP)combined with arthroscopic debridement in patients with meniscus injury and knee arthritis.Methods:A total of 102 patients with meniscus injury combined with knee arthritis treated in Zhangqiu District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine of Jinan City from January 2021 to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a study group and a control group according to random number table method,with 51 cases in each group.The study group was treated with PRP combined with arthroscopic debridement,and the control group was treated with arthroscopic debridement.The clinical effect,serum index level,clinical symptoms and function of knee joint were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 98.04%,which was higher than 80.39%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after surgery,the levels of hemoglobin,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,hypersensitive C-reactive protein and serum substance P in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of transforming growth faction-β were higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Six months after surgery,the osteoarthritis index scores of Western Ontario University and McMaster University in the study group were lower than those of the control group,and the knee joint scores of Lysholm were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:PRP combined with arthroscopic debridement for patients with meniscus injury and knee arthritis can achieve good curative effect,effectively reduce inflammatory response,improve clinical symptoms and function of knee joint,and have certain clinical application value.关键词
