Abstract
Objective:To compare the efficacy of pars plana vitrectomy(PPV)combined with different filling methods in the treatment of patients with macular detachment rhegmatogenous retinal detachment(RRD).Methods:A total of 100 patients with macular detachment RRD admitted to our hospital from June 2022 to May 2024 were randomly divided into air group(n=50)and silicone oil group(n=50).PPV combined with air tamponade and PPV combined with silicone oil tamponade were performed respectively.The visual acuity,retinal scanning optical coherence tomography(SS-OCTA)parameters,retinal blood flow density and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The logMAR visual acuity of the air group was lower than that of the silicone oil group at 7,14 d and 1 months after operation,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).The FAZ perimeter and FAZ area of the two groups at 1 month after operation were higher than those at 7 d after operation,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in FAZ perimeter,FAZ area and CI between the two groups at 7,14 d and 1 month after operation(P>0.05).The SVC-FVD,SVC-VD,DVC-FVD at 14 d and 1 month after operation and DVC-VD at 1 month after operation in the air group were higher than those in the silicone oil group,and the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:PPV combined with air or silicone oil filling can be effective in the treatment of RRD with macular detachment.Among them,air filling is better for the improvement of visual acuity and macular microvascular blood flow density.关键词
