摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of dexmedetomidine in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods:A total of 70 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy treated in Gaomi People's Hospital from November 2021 to October 2023 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group received nalbuphine after induction of anesthesia, and the study group received Nalbuphine combined with dexmedetomidine after induction of anesthesia.Postoperative rehabilitation, hemodynamic indexes and postoperative complications were compared between the two groups. Results:At the time of tracheal extubation, heart rate(HR),mean arterial pressure(MAP)levels in both groups were lower than before surgery, and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group;2 h after surgery,HR and MAP levels in both groups were higher than those at the time of tracheal extubation, but those in the study group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).The recovery time, extubation time and anal exhaust time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 5.71%,which was lower than 25.71%of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of dexmedetomidine after induction of anesthesia in patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy can significantly shorten the postoperative recovery time of patients, stabilize the hemodynamic indexes, and effectively reduce the incidence of complications.关键词
