Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Shensong Yangxin Capsule combined with Amiodarone in elderly patients with arrhythmia.Methods:A total of 120 elderly patients with arrhythmia admitted to Fengcheng People's Hospital from February 2022 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Amiodarone,and the study group was treated with Shensong Yangxin Capsule combined with Amiodarone.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The cardiac function index(CI),the level of N-terminal brain natriuretic peptide precursor(NT-proBNP)and the occurrence of adverse reactions effects were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the left ventricular ejection fraction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the left ventricular end-diastolic volume was smaller than that of the control group,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter was shorter than that of the control group,and the quantitative index of heart failure brain natriuretic peptide was lower than that of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CI and NT-proBNP in the study group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions effects in the study group was 6.67%,which was lower than 8.33%in the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shensong Yangxin Capsule combined with Amiodarone in the treatment of elderly patients with arrhythmia can improve the cardiac function index,reduce the level of CI and NT-proBNP,and has certain drug safety.关键词
