下颌阻生第三磨牙拔除患者下牙槽神经损伤发生情况及其危险因素分析

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the incidence of inferior alveolar nerve(IAN)injury and related risk factors in patients with mandibular impacted mandibular third molar(IMTM)extraction.Methods:The data of 100 patients with IMTM extraction admitted to Jinan Zhangqiu District Stomatological Hospital from April 2023 to April 2024 were retrospectively analyzed,and they were divided into occurrence group(n=23)and non-occurrence group(n=77)according to whether they had IAN injury.The risk factors of IAN injury in IMTM removal patients were analyzed by Logistic regression.Results:In 100 patients with IMTM extraction,the rate of IAN injury was 23.00%.Univariate analysis showed that age,incision,instruments and other postoperative complications were related to the occurrence of IAN injury in IMTM extraction patients(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that the risk factors for IAN injury were age>45 years,traditional triangular flap incision,tooth instrument and other complications after IMTM extraction(P<0.05).Conclusion:Age>45 years old,traditional triangular flap incision,tooth extraction instrument and other postoperative complications are the risk factors for IAN injury in IMTM patients,and clinical attention should be paid to these risk factors.关键词
