Abstract
Objective:To analyze the efficacy and safety of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstones with acute cholecystitis.Methods:A total of 80 patients with gallbladder stones and acute cholecystitis admitted to Suzhou Hospital Affiliated to Nanjing Medical University from September 2022 to July 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with traditional open surgery,while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The clinical efficacy,perioperative indexes,complications,inflammatory factors and pain degree were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 97.50%,which was higher than 80.00%of the control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The amount of intraoperative blood loss in the study group was less than that in the control group,and the postoperative gastrointestinal function recovery time,getting out of bed activity time and hospitalization time were shorter than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The complication rate of the study group was 7.50%,which was lower than 25.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the inflammatory factors in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the Pain Visual Analogue Score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstones with acute cholecystitis can actively improve the total effective rate of clinical treatment,reduce the occurrence of complications,improve perioperative indicators and inflammatory response,and alleviate postoperative pain of patients,which is worthy of clinical reference.关键词
