Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of Alteplase on patients with ischemic stroke.Methods:A total of 80 patients with ischemic stroke admitted to Shanghe People's Hospital from January 2021 to August 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups received conventional treatment.On this basis,the control group received intravenous thrombolytic therapy with Urokinase,and the study group received intravenous thrombolytic therapy with Alteplase.Both groups were treated 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,coagulation indexes,neurological function,inflammation indexes,intracranial hemodynamics index and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the prothrombin time and partially activated thrombin activation time of the study group were longer than those of the control group,and the levels of D-dimer and fibrinogen were lower than those of the control group on average,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After of treatment,the National Institute of Health Stroke Scale score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,tumor necrosis factor-α and hypersensitive C-reactive protein in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the end-diastolic blood flow velocity and peak systolic blood flow velocity in the cerebral arteries of the study group were more fast than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 12.50%,which was not statistically significant compared with 10.00%in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Alteplase is effective in the treatment of ischemic stroke patients,which can effectively regulate the coagulation index levels,improve neurological function,improve intracranial hemodynamics and inflammation indexes,and the drug is safe.关键词
