Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of Qizhi Xiaoshuan Decoction combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao needle on acute cerebral infarction patients with wind-phlegm-stasis.Methods:A total of 100 patients of acute cerebral infarction with wind-phlegm-stasis in Hancheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from April 2023 to July 2024 were selected and divided into control group and study group by sampling method,with 50 cases each.The control group was treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao needle,and the study group was treated with Qizhi Xiaoshuan decoction combined with Xingnao Kaiqiao needle.Both groups were treated 30 d.The clinical efficacy,nerve function,hemorheology index,vasoactive factor and inflammatory factor were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 92.00%,which was higher than 76.00%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the score of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale in both groups was lower than that before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,whole blood low shear viscosity,whole blood high shear viscosity and plasma viscosity in two groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group was lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,vascular endothelial growth factor levels in both groups were higher than before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group.The levels of S100B protein and neuron-specific enolase in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group were lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,interleukin-18 and tumor necrosis factor-α in both groups were lower than before treatment,and the study group were lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qizhi Xiaoshuan Decoction combined with Xingnaojiaqiao Needle can improve nerve function and hemorheology obviously in patients with acute cerebral infarction with wind-phlegm and blood stasis.It can regulate blood coagulation function and reduce inflammation,and the curative effect is positive,which is worthy of clinical reference and application.关键词
