Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of simple breathing apparatus combined with lip reduction and abdominal breathing training on tracheotomy patients with stroke.Methods:A total of 74 patients with tracheotomy after stroke admitted to Jinan Third People's Hospital from October 2019 to June 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and a study group according to random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,and the study group received simple breathing apparatus combined with lip reduction and abdominal breathing training intervention.Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.Respiratory function,diaphragm mobility,diaphragm thickness and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After the intervention,the forced expiratory volume in the first second of the study group was(75.47±4.12)L,the maximum volume of gas per minute was(75.43±4.10)L/min,and the vital capacity was(78.96±4.43)L,which were higher than the control group(69.11±3.83)L,(68.35±3.74)L/min,(72.06±4.05)L,respiratory times(16.22±1.30)times/min,less than the control group(19.24±1.45)times/min,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the degree of diaphragm movement and diaphragm thickness in both groups were greater than that in the control group,and the study group was greater than that in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores in all dimensions of St.George's Respiratory Questionnaire in both groups were lower than before intervention,and the study group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of simple breathing apparatus and lip reduction and abdominal breathing training in the nursing of patients with tracheotomy of stroke can improve the respiratory function and quality of life of patients,optimize the diaphragm mobility and diaphragm thickness,and have certain clinical application value.关键词
