摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of percutaneous electrical nerve stimulation combined with rehabilitation robot on gait and balance level of patients with limb dysfunction after stroke. Methods:A total of 96 patients with limb dysfunction after stroke admitted to the Department of Rehabilitation in Suzhou Guangci Cancer Hospital from April 2021 to April 2024 were selected as the study objects, and were divided into a control group and a study group by random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group received routine rehabilitation training intervention, and the research group received percutaneous nerve electrical stimulation combined with rehabilitation robot intervention on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 8 weeks.Gait function, balance and active joint motion were compared between the two groups. Results:After intervention, the walking speed of the study group was faster than that of the control group, the stride length and stride length were longer than that of the control group, and the step frequency of the control group was higher, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention, the Berg Balance Scale score of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention, shoulder abduction, elbow flexion, wrist metacarpal flexion, hip joint internal and external rotation, knee flexion and extension motion in the study group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Percutaneous electrical nerve stimulation combined with rehabilitation robot intervention can effectively improve the gait function, balance level and joint motion of patients with limb dysfunction after stroke, which is conducive to the recovery of limb function.关键词
