Abstract
Objective:To investigate the application of enhanced recovery after surgery(ERAS)nursing in the rehabilitation of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients with femoral neck fracture admitted to Yongfeng County People's Hospital from January 2019 to December 2023 were selected as research objects,and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional nursing intervention,and the observation group received ERAS nursing intervention.Both groups were observed and followed up for 2 months.The pain degree,fracture healing time,functional rehabilitation,complications and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Results:After 3,6 h of operation,compared with the control group,the numerical rating scale scores of the observation group were lower,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);the fracture healing time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of intervention,the scores of Harris Hip Function Scale in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%lower than 26.68%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 2 months of intervention,the scores of Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 in both groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:ERAS nursing can not only alleviate the pain degree of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture,shorten the healing time of fracture,promote functional rehabilitation,but also reduce the occurrence of complications and improve the quality of life of patients.关键词
