摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of targeted three dimensional nursing combined with physical grip training on promoting hand function rehabilitation in patients with open finger fractures.Methods:120 patients with open finger fractures admitted to Liaocheng Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2022 to September 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 60 patients in each group, using a random number table method. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received targeted three dimensional nursing combined with physical grasping training intervention. The intervention lasted for 12 weeks in both groups.Compare the rehabilitation effects of hand function, daily living ability, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction between two groups. Results:After the intervention, the excellent rate of hand function rehabilitation in the observation group was 95.00%,which was higher than 83.33%in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the Barthel Index score of the observation group was(84.06±8.17)points,higher than the control group's(73.87±6.15)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention, the Generic Quality of Life Inventory-74 score of the observation group was higher than the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.05).After intervention, the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Targeted three dimensional nursing combined with physical grip training can repair patient hand function, improve their daily living ability, improve their quality of life, and have significant intervention effects. It is worthy of clinical promotion.关键词
