Abstract
Objective:To explore the intervention effect of cognitive nursing combined with pain nursing on patients with lung cancer.Methods:A total of 80 patients with lung cancer treated in Chifeng City Hospital from January to December 2023 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into an observation group and a control group according to random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received routine intervention,and the observation group received cognitive nursing combined with pain nursing on the basis of the control group.Both groups were nursed 12 weeks.The psychological state,pain degree,disease recognition and physical function of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale,Hamilton Depression Scale,Pain Numerical Rating Scale and Chinese Version of Somatization Symptom Self-rating Scale were all lower than before nursing,and the observation group were lower than the control group,the disease awareness scores of both groups were higher than before nursing,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cognitive nursing combined with pain nursing in patients with lung cancer can effectively alleviate the pain degree of patients with lung cancer,increase the cognition of patients with lung cancer,and improve the psychological state and physical function of patients.关键词
