Abstract
Objective:To investigate the nursing effect of combined temperature protection in operating room in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur.Methods:A total of 68 elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur admitted to Nanfeng County People's Hospital from January 2022 to January 2024 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 34 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received combined temperature protection nursing intervention in the operating room on the basis of the control group.Both groups were observed until 2 weeks after surgery.The temperature,vital index,psychological state,complication occurrence and comfort level of the two groups were compared.Results:The body temperature of observation group were higher than that of control group 30 min and after anesthesia,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).At 30 min after operation,the heart rate,diastolic blood pressure and systolic blood pressure in both groups were lower than before surgery,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05);Two weeks after surgery,the scores of Mental Status Scale in Non-Psychiatric Settings in both groups were lower than before surgery,and the observation group was lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The complication rate of observation group was 2.94%lower than 23.53%of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Two weeks after surgery,General Comfort Questionnaire score in both groups was higher than before surgery,and the observation group was higher than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:Combined temperature protection in the operating room can stabilize the body temperature and vital indicators of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture of femur,improve the psychological state,reduce the occurrence of complications to a certain extent,and improve the comfort of patients.关键词
