Abstract
Objective:To investigate the effect of incentive nursing mode on self-care ability and quality of life in patients with postoperative enterostomy for colorectal cancer.Methods:A total of 60 patients with postoperative enterostomy for colorectal cancer admitted to Tianjin People's Hospital from May 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the study objects,30 patients who were admitted from May 2020 to January 2021 were included in the control group and 30 patients who were admitted from February 2021 to January 2022 were included in the observation group by using cluster sampling randomization method.The control group was treated with routine nursing,while the observation group was treated with incentive nursing on this basis.The psychological status,self-care ability,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:After nursing,the scores of all factors in the Symptom Checklist 90 of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores in all dimensions of Exercise of Self-Care Agency in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After nursing,the scores in all fields of the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer quality of life questionnaire-core 30 in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores in all aspects of nursing satisfaction scale and the total score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of incentive nursing mode is ideal in patients with postoperative enterostomy for colorectal cancer,which can not only improve their psychological state and self-care ability,but also improve their quality of life and satisfaction with nursing services.关键词
