Abstract
Objective:To analyze the application effect of evidence-based nursing in functional rehabilitation of elderly patients after hip replacement.Methods:A total of 60 elderly patients undergoing hip replacement in Hukou County Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with evidence-based nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After 1,3,6 months of nursing,the Harris hip scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of functional rehabilitation in the observation group was 96.67%,which was significantly higher than 76.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1,3,6 months of nursing,the activities of daily living scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 6.67%,which was lower than 26.67%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The elderly patients receiving evidence-based nursing after hip replacement can improve the functional rehabilitation effect,improve their self-care ability,and have good clinical application value.关键词
