Abstract

Objective:To explore the application value of case-based learning(CBL)teaching mode under the International Classification of Functional Disability and Health(ICF)framework in the clinical teaching of neurorehabilitation by resident physicians.Methods:The clinical teaching situation of 80 residential training physicians in the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong Second Medical University from March 2023 to April 2024 was retrospectively analyzed,according to different teaching methods,they were divided into a control group and a study group,40 in each group.The control group was taught by traditional lecture-based learning(LBL),the study group adopts the CBL teaching mode under the ICF framework.Both groups were taught for 1 month.The teaching satisfaction in resident physicians and teaching results of the two groups were compared.Results:The teaching satisfaction scores of resident physicians in the study group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of rehabilitation skill operation and basic theoretical knowledge in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of CBL teaching mode under ICF framework in clinical teaching of neurorehabilitation by resident physicians is good,which can significantly improve teaching satisfaction,rehabilitation skill operation and the score of basic theoretical knowledge of rehabilitation,the teaching results are better,which can lay a foundation for the improvement of comprehensive quality of residential training physicians and has reference value.
