国医大师张志远先生肝硬化腹水学术经验研究
Study on the academic experience of Professor ZHANG Zhi-yuan on liver cirrhosis and ascites
摘要
Abstract
Cirrhosis and ascites are common chronic diseases and are difficult to treat with traditional Chinese medicine.This reviews the treatment of liver cirrhosis and ascites by Professor ZHANG Zhi-yuan,and summarizes them respectively ac-cording to the symptoms of qi and water stagnation,spleen deficiency and water cessation,damp and hot water stagnation,blood stasis and water stagnation,Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney and yin deficiency and water stasis.It was discovered that ZHANG Zhi-yuan believes that the location of liver cirrhosis and ascites is in the spleen,as well as the liver and kidneys.The condition is mixed with deficiency and excess,and mixed with cold and heat.Clinical treatment is mainly based on classic pre-scriptions,supplemented by current prescriptions,empirical prescription and ancestral prescriptions.The core is to transport the spleen,and he is good at it.Using large doses of Atractylodes macrocephala and Poria cocos,the prescription is concise and clever,which can provide new ideas for the clinical treatment of cirrhosis and ascites.关键词
