国医大师刘嘉湘教授基于"温药和之"治疗癌性胸水经验
Clinical expericence of TCM master Liu Jiaxiang in treating cancerous pleural effusion through"Harmonization with Warm Medicinals"
摘要
Abstract
Cancerous pleural effusion(also known as malignant Pleural effusion)belongs to the category of"suspension drink"and"support drink"in traditional Chinese medicine.It is one of the most common complications of lung cancer,which can seriously affect the quality of life of patients and is difficult to treat.Professor Liu Jiaxiang,a master of traditional Chinese medicine,is proficient in classic Chinese medicine and syndrome differentiation and treatment.Combining his decades of experi-ence in traditional Chinese medicine oncology,he has summarized unique experience in treating cancerous pleural effusion and has achieved significant clinical efficacy with the theory of"Harmonization with Warm Medicinals".The case summarizes Profes-sor Liu's experience in treating cancerous pleural effusion,and includes a case study to provide ideas for the treatment of cancer-ous pleural effusion.关键词
