Shu Yiqiong's clinical experience in the treatment of thyroid nodules in stages using the method of soothing the liv-er,resolving phlegm and dispersing blood stasis
摘要
Abstract
This review summarized Dr.Shu Yiqiong's clinical experience in treating thyroid nodules in stages using the method of soothing the liver,resolving phlegm and dispersing blood stasis.Dr.Shu believes that the core pathogenesis of thyroid nodules is liver depression,phlegm accumulation and blood stasis,which should be treated in stages and coordinated with the liver,spleen and kidney.She emphasizes the method of soothing the liver,resolving phlegm and dispersing blood stasis through-out.In the early stage,the treatment is mainly to soothe the liver and regulate qi,relieve depression and resolve fire,and Xi-aoyao Powder is often used with modifications;in the middle stage,the treatment is mainly to regulate qi and resolve phlegm,e-liminate blood stasis and disperse stagnation,and self-made Huatan Sanyu Decoction are often used;in the late stage,the treat-ment is mainly to nourish the liver,spleen and kidney,and the treatment is based on different syndromes.The pathogenesis is strictly followed throughout the treatment,and the medication is used flexibly,which can provide ideas for the TCM treatment of thyroid nodules.关键词
