邱玲教授治疗带状疱疹后遗肋间神经痛的经验
Experience of professor Qiu Ling in treating of postherpetic sequela of intercostal neuralgia
摘要
Abstract
The review presents Qiu Ling's clinical experience in the treatment of postherpetic sequel of intercostal neuralgia using acupuncture and moxibustion.Professor Qiu Ling posits that the fundamental pathogenesis of postherpetic sequela of inter-costal neuralgia is"Bu Tong Ze Tong,Bu Rong Ze Tong",with meridianesis being"laterals Obstruction".The disease is loca-ted in the collaterals and the key treatment lies in smoothing these collaterals.The concept of"Acupuncture Jiaji deeply smooths the channel qi,acupuncture shallowly along the long strip stimulates skin qi,electroacupuncture enhances the analgesic effect,flexibly match points and take care of the mind"addresses both symptoms and root causes,resulting in remarkable effects.关键词
