摘要
Abstract
To summarise the clinical experience of Professor Chen Weiliang in the treatment of geriatric lumbar interverte-bral disc herniation based on the theory of spleen deficiency and blood stasis.According to the characteristics of geriatric diseases,it is believed that spleen deficiency and stasis is the main pathogenesis,and the organs and meridians can be subjected to evils after prolonged illnesses,leading to lumbar and leg pain and other symptoms,Professor Chen Weiliang,based on his long-term experience in clinical diagnosis and reference to the"Treatise on the Spleen and Stomach",proposes that geriatric lumbar inter-vertebral disc herniation should be treated by strengthening the spleen and stomach,activating stasis and transmitting evils,and dredging the meridians and channels.The main treatment should be tonifying the liver and kidney,warming the yang and nouris-hing the yin,with a view to tonifying the collaterals and relieving pain.关键词
