《伤寒杂病论》甘草泻心汤、泻心汤考
A study of Gancao Xiexin decoction and Xiexin decoction from the Treatise on Febrile Diseases and Miscellaneous Diseases

Abstract
Gancao Xiexin decoction is used to treat the Epigastric fullness syndrome due to the emptiness in stomach and the reverse upward flow of Keqi in Treatise on Febrile Diseases,and to treat the Fox-creeper Disease in the Synopsis of the Golden Chambers.The formula names are the same,but the components of the medicine recorded in the two books are different.Whether the formula of Gancao Xiexin decoction in Treatise on Febrile Diseases contains ginseng and whether the licorice in Synopsis of the Golden Chambers is raw licorice or honey-fried licorice have always been controversial.By sorting out relevant annotations,other existing versions of Treatise on Febrile Diseases,and relevant records in medical books before the Song Dynasty,this review be-lieves that the Gancao Xiexin decoction in Treatise on Febrile Diseases does not contain ginseng.The Xiexin decoction in Zhongjing's works is not a general term,and it is indeed recorded in Wai Tai Mi Yao Fang.The main formula for treating Fox-creeper Disease in Synopsis of the Golden Chambers should be named Xiexin decoction,and the licorice in its components should be honey-fried licorice,which is three liang more than the Gancao Xiexin decoction in Treatise on Febrile Diseases.The North-ern Song Dynasty Correction Medical Books Bureau may have confused the Xiexin decoction with the Gancao Xiexin decoction ac-cording to the relevant discussions in Wai Tai Mi Yao Fang,mistakenly believing that they are the same formula.关键词
