从"少阳为枢"探讨Graves病的辨治思路
Discussion on the thinking of differentiation and treatment of Graves' disease from"Shao Yang as the Pivot"
摘要
Abstract
Graves'disease is the most common type of autoimmune thyroid disease,with a high incidence and poor progno-sis.Traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantages in the treatment of GD.The theory of Shaoyang as pivot has been used to guide the treatment of many diseases and can also be used to treat GD.This review discusses the pathogenesis and treatment of GD by taking Shaoyang as the pivot-point,and believes that the unfavorable condition of the pivot-point is the key pathogenesis of GD,and the fire-oriented,turbidness-oriented,wind hitting and qi depression are the main development direction of the dis-ease.It also puts forward the corresponding treatment with the core of Tiaochang pivot-point,and presents an experimental case,aiming at providing new ideas for the differentiation and treatment of GD by traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
