Abstract
Mesenteric lymphadenitis is a common pediatric condition characterized by abdominal pain,often accompanied by symptoms such as vomiting and fever.Some patients experience recurrent episodes even after treatment,leading to prolonged discomfort that significantly affects their daily lives and mental well-being.Traditional Chinese Medicine categorizes this condition under"abdominal pain,"often treating it from perspectives such as food accumulation,qi stagnation,damp-heat,and cold pathogens.This cases based on Li Dongyuan's"Yin Fire"theory,explores the relationship between"Yin Fire"and mesenteric lymphadenitis from the angles of spleen and stomach functions and the rise and fall of qi,accompanied by a case study.关键词
