Abstract
Objective:To explore the abnormal liver function,liver fibrosis parameters and lipid metabolism in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD)of different TCM syndrome types.Methods:A retrospective analysis was conducted on 100patients with NAFLD in the hospital from January 2021to November 2023.According to different syndrome types,23patients were divided into 23cases in group A(liver depression and qi stagnation type),28cases in group B(phlegm retention block type),25cases in group C(damp-heat resistance type)and 24cases in group D(spleen deficiency and dampness resistance type).According to the age and gender distribution of NAFLD patients in each group,the healthy people who were admitted to the hospital for physical examination were selected according to the corresponding proportion and matched with the above patient groups,and the 26healthy people were included in group E.The differences in general conditions[age,gender,fasting blood glucose(FBG)and body mass index(BMI)],liver function indicators[alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate amin-otransferase(AST),total bilirubin(TBiL)],liver fibrosis parameters[methylene blue collagen(PCIII),type IV collagen(CIV),hyaluronic acid(HA)]and lipid metabolism indicators[triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),non-esterified fatty acid(NEFA)]were compared among the groups.Results:There were no significant differences in age and gender among the groups(P>0.05).The FBG and BMI among the groups were statistically different(P<0.05),and the two indicators were manifested as group A,group B,group C,group D>group E(P<0.05),but there were no significant differences among NAFLD patients with different syndrome types(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in liver function indica-tors of ALT and AST,liver fibrosis parameters of PCIII,CIV and HA and lipid metabolism indicators of TG,TC and NEFA a-mong the groups(P<0.05),and the levels were shown as group B>group A,group C,group D>group E(P<0.05),but no significant differences were shown among group A,group C and group D(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in TBiL level among the groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:There are abnormalities in liver function,liver fibrosis parameters and lip-id metabolism in NAFLD patients with different TCM syndrome types.The degree of abnormality of phlegm retention block type is more serious than that of liver depression and qi stagnation type,damp-heat resistance type and spleen deficiency and dampness resistance type.It is necessary to pay more attention to monitoring the changes of disease in clinical diagnosis and treatment.关键词
