文氏经验方瓜蒲通络汤加减治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎42例疗效观察
Clinical observation on 42cases of acute mastitis in lactation treated by Wen's empirical prescription Guapu Tongluo Decoction
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Guaputongluo decoction on acute mastitis during lactation.Methods:86patients with lactation acute mastitis were randomly divided into treatment group(42cases,1case lost)and control group(41cases,2cases lost),and the therapeutic effect was compared and analyzed.Results:The improvement of clinical symptoms and clinical efficacy in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Gua-putongluo decoction can significantly improve the clinical efficacy of acute mastitis during lactation,which is comparable to anti-biotics.关键词
