Abstract
Objective:To study the effect of Yiqi Yangxue Quyu decoction in the treatment of postpartum lochiorrhea and its influence on postpartum lochia duration and uterine involution status.Methods:102patients with postpartum lochiorrhea who re-ceived treatment in our hospital were enrolled as the study subjects from January 2020to October 2023,and were randomly divid-ed into observation group(n=51,Yiqi Yangxue Quyu decoction on the basis of control group)and control group(n=51,cefra-dine capsule orally combined with oxytocin injection intramuscularly).The clinical efficacy,TCM syndromes scores,symptom improvement status,uterine involution status and incidence rates of adverse reactions were compared between groups.Results:(1)After 2weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).(2)The scores of TCM syndromes in observation group after 2weeks of treatment were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).(3)After2weeks of treatment,the relief time of lower abdominal pain and duration of lochia in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05),and the amount of lochia was less than that in control group(P<0.05).(4)After 2weeks of treatment,the uterine volume and uterine effusion volume were reduced in both groups,and two volumes in ob-servation group were lower compared to control group(P<0.05),and the uterine involution time was shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).(5)After 2weeks of treatment,there were no significant differences in the incidence rates of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Yangxue Quyu decoction has a good effect in the treatment of postpartum lochior-rhea,and it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the duration of lochia,relieve the abdominal pain,and pro-mote the uterine recovery,and it has high safety.关键词
