Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of Pingwei Wendan Decoction combined with domperidone on clinical curative effect,gastric emptying function and gastrointestinal hormones in children with functional dyspepsia(FD).Methods:A retro-spective analysis was performed on the clinical data of 120children with FD admitted to the hospital between August 2022and Au-gust 2023.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into western medicine group(55cases,domperidone)and combination group(65cases,Pingwei Wendan Decoction+domperidone).All were treated for 4weeks.The differences in curative effect,scores of TCM syndromes,gastric emptying function,gastrointestinal hormones,medication safety and recur-rence rate between the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,total response rate of combination group was higher than that of western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,scores of TCM syndromes were decreased in both groups,which were lower in combination group than western medicine group(P<0.05).After treatment,ontraction frequency of gastric an-trum,amplitude,motion index,levels of gastrin(GAS)and motilin(MTL)were increased,while gastric half-emptying time,levels of somatostatin(SS)and vasoactive intestinal peptide(VIP)were decreased in both groups,and the improvement was better in combination group than western medicine group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of ad-verse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).After 3months of follow-up,recurrence rate of combination group was lower than that of western medicine group(6.15%vs 18.18%,P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of Pingwei Wendan Decoction combined with domperidone is significant in FD children,which can effectively improve TCM syndromes,en-hance gastric emptying function,improve gastrointestinal hormones and reduce disease recurrence,with high safety.关键词
