六味地黄汤合五味消毒饮加减促进肛周脓肿合并糖尿病患者术后创面愈合效果观察
Effect of Liuwei Dihuang decoction with modified Wuwei Xiaodu drink on promoting wound healing after perianal abscess surgery in diabetic patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of Liuwei Dihuang decoction with modified Wuwei Xiaodu drink on the promo-tion of wound healing after perianal abscess surgery in patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:According to the simple randomi-zation grouping method,patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with perianal abscess with yin deficiency and fire excess syn-drome in our hospital from August 2021to August 2023were divided into observation group(35cases)and control group(35cases).Both groups received radical resection of perianal abscess,and the control group received routine western medicine treatment after surgery while the observation group was treated with Liuwei Dihuang decoction with modified Wuwei Xiaodu drink on the basis of the control group.The wound healing status(carrion shedding time,epithelial regeneration time,wound healing time),TCM syndromes scores,blood glucose and inflammation level before treatment and after 1month of treatment and adverse reactions during 1month of treatment were compared.Results:During treatment,the carrion shedding time,epithelial regenera-tion time and wound healing time in observation group were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The TCM symptoms scores,blood glucose indicators and inflammation level in both groups were significantly reduced after 1month of treatment than those before treatment,and the scores and levels in observation group were lower compared to control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious differences in the incidence rates of adverse reactions between groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Liuwei Dihuang decoction with modified Wuwei Xiaodu drink can promote wound healing after perianal abscess surgery,and sig-nificantly improve blood glucose and inflammation level in patients with diabetes mellitus.关键词
